About This Game Mass Exodus is a local multiplayer game developed from the ground up for the HTC Vive, Oculus Rift and PC. One VR player assumes the role of the seeker. The seeker is a large, sinister robot in control of the factory. He knows there are rogue androids amid his facility and his mission is to find and destroy them.The PC players take the role of the rouge androids. The only way to escape the seeker is to switch off the control panels located around the factory and shut the facility down. This is a pickup and play game that will keep you and your friends on the edge of your seats. There are 3 extensive maps each with a different theme and features. Both roles have access to creative power-ups, that if used cleverly can completely change the game advantage. Bought this game on a whim and did not regret a second of it. It looked great but plays even better. I'd rank this as one of my favorite VR experiences so far. Playing the rogue brings back the terrifying suspense of playing a game like hide and seek as a kid but on the scale of a giant robot with a grinder. If you want to have fun in VR with a buddy or significant other this is a fantastic game for getting everyone in the room involved rather than just watching someone swing their arms around with goggles on. The balance of the game is weighted a bit heavily on the Seeker in the current build but some patches are already working to fix that and playing the rogue was still fun every single game.. One of the few asymmetrical VR games, Mass Exodus is a lot of fun with friends (especially if you a have a TV to gather around.). Personally I like the beta version more!Thanks to the developer, who let us play the older build!(I had a negative review, but the developer changed my mind). This is a same-room multiplayer game. One person is on the Vive, and up to four players on the PC. It's a clever take on cross-platform multiplayer. Really fun for a group party to play and watch.. Very cool and unique game! 1 person wears the VR headset and looks around for your friend amongst a load of NPC's. Scary as hell when playing as the NPC and you see this huge head with eyes looking at you. I would recommend this to someone with VR and a buddy on another PC.. Would love some more maps and game modes, even as DLC or something. Love it as it is though. The anxiety and intensity of hiding is fantastic. And grabbing your friend and throwing them into a grinder has never felt better.. This game is THE benchmark in asymetric VR/console gameplay.. This is very similar in gameplay to panoptic, but unique in presentation and features. We tried this on game night and had lots of fun with 4 players, fun enough that we intend to repeat. While there are a few glitches here and there, it is worth the price of admission. 8/10 Would get thrown into a grinder by my wife for being sentient again :)
